Terms and Conditions

1. What this is
This is a small, self-hosted service that creates monthly playlists in your own Spotify account. It is run privately for a handful of people, free of charge, with no commercial purpose.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB.
2. Your Spotify account
To use the service you authorise it through Spotify's own OAuth screen. You can revoke that authorisation at any time from your Spotify account settings, and doing so immediately stops any future playlist creation.
The service only creates and updates playlists it made itself. It never modifies or deletes other playlists, never changes your library, and never plays anything.
3. Availability
The service is provided as-is, with no warranty and no uptime guarantee. A monthly run can fail — because Spotify is unavailable, because a token expired, or because there was nothing to summarise — and no compensation of any kind is owed if it does.
The operator may stop running the service at any time. Playlists already created stay in your Spotify account and remain yours.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attempt to access other people's accounts or data, to overload the infrastructure, or to break Spotify's own terms of service.
5. Changes
These terms may change as the service changes. The current version is always the one on this page.
